By using the HealthiHigh platform and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.


2. User Responsibilities

Users agree to use HealthiHigh for lawful purposes only. You may not use our services to engage in any illegal activities, violate any regulations, or infringe upon the rights of others.


3.Intellectual Property

HealthiHigh and its content, including but not limited to logos, text, graphics, and software, are the property of HealthiHigh. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit consent.


4. Disclaimers

HealthiHigh is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Users should consult with qualified healthcare professionals for medical concerns.


5. Limitation of Liability

HealthiHigh is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.


6. Changes to Terms

HealthiHigh reserves the right to update, change, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at our discretion. It is your responsibility to check for updates periodically.


7. User Conduct

a. Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during account creation and when using HealthiHigh services.

b. Users agree not to engage in any conduct that may disrupt or interfere with the functionality of HealthiHigh or the experiences of other users.

c. Harassment, abusive language, or any form of inappropriate behaviour towards HealthiHigh staff or other users will not be tolerated.


8. Health Information

a. Users are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date health information during consultations or interactions with healthcare professionals on HealthiHigh.

b. Users understand that the information provided by healthcare professionals on HealthiHigh is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.

c. Results may vary based on each member’s physical health, diet and exercise, and adherence to Healthi High programmes. We approach fat reduction and overall well being. Healthi High claims no Guarantee of results.


9. User Content

a. Users may be able to submit content, such as reviews or comments. By submitting content, users grant HealthiHigh a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content.

b. Users agree not to submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, libellous, threatening, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.


10. Termination of Account

HealthiHigh reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts at our discretion, especially in cases of violation of these terms and conditions.


11. Communication Preferences

By using HealthiHigh, users consent to receiving communications, including but not limited to emails, notifications, and messages, regarding their account and the services provided by HealthiHigh.


12. Feedback

HealthiHigh welcomes user feedback and suggestions. By providing feedback, users grant HealthiHigh the right to use and implement such feedback without any obligation or compensation.


13. Contact Information

Users are responsible for keeping their contact information, including email address, up to date. HealthiHigh is not responsible for any consequences resulting from outdated contact information.


Refund Policy for HealthiHigh

If you have purchased a Healthi High Premium Plan, you will not be eligible for a refund from Healthi High


1. Refund Eligibility

a. HealthiHigh offers refunds in the following circumstances:

Service unavailability or interruption beyond acceptable downtime.

Billing errors resulting in overcharges.

b. Refunds are not available for:

Services already provided.

User dissatisfaction when the service has been delivered as described.


Healthi High provides the pause facility in and above 6 months plans and the information and feature is explained or mentioned while selling the plan and not available on all plans/services. Plan transfer to friends or family members is allowed as per the terms and conditions.


You can Pause your plan in case of the following Events:

Pregnancy: 1 Year

Natural Calamity: 2 months

Death of a family member: 2 months
